Converted into 2 office/storage areas, total about 45sqm (one as mezzanine 14sqm). The unit has a very basic interior, concrete floor and roller door access.
Single and double units
Our single units are 4m x 12m x 4.3 with door and roller door access. Concrete floor and three phase power.
Our double unit is 8m x 12m x 4.3m has three roller doors and three phase power.
